Program structure:

It has always been a part of Cross Cultural Cosmos’ strategy that our programs are shaped more as discussions rather than presentations or lectures.  We know it is important for you to be able to immediately implement knowledge and skills to facilitate your work in the protocol area so, in addition to all the materials on numerous protocol issues with which you will be provided, the participants can, in fact, tailor the program to their needs, and open a dialogue on an exchange of experiences. Prior to the start of the program we ask the participants to tell their interests and goals so that they may be accommodated in the agenda.

Cross Cultural Cosmos’ programs and consulting services are available for  corporate executives and managers, personal assistants, HR professionals, global entrepreneurs, journalists, professionals in the tourism and hospitality industries, luxury customer service staff, foreign visitors, private spa clinic staff, university international admission departments, students studying international relations, and any professional that conducts front-line business with the public and in the global marketplace.
